楼主神人，只要是六味地黄丸就没有壮阳的功效！六味地黄丸是滋阴的，而且六味地黄丸是给发育迟缓的小孩吃的。现在的中医都怎么了？坑人有意思么？六味地黄丸填精益髓的功效倒是有少许，六味地黄丸吃多人不萎靡就不错了！
算了，我来讲讲这个问题吧，肾阳是指肾的功能，比如说排水加热什么的，是无形的，肾阴指的是有形的，比如说体液，肾水什么的，肾阴虚是肾水少了，不能容纳过多的肾阳，也就是能量，这些多余的能量会让你上火，手心发热，晚上起夜等，烦躁等，反之，肾水相对（注意是相对，也就是仍低于正常态）多了那么能量显得不足，更别提有多余的能量来提供四肢的温度和一柱擎天了，这时候可能会手脚冰凉，这是阳虚！
