打过，乳钉恢复很慢的，至少需要一年，基本每天都需要清洁，因为乳头内部会持续分泌类似油脂的物质。前六个月不要换环，就用直杆钉，钉不要太长，乳头两边各多1毫米左右就好，清洁用百多邦喷剂，不要用酒精棉擦乳钉，会导致恢复变慢。
