你这情况是身体太虚了，一般中年容易出这问题，你提前了几年，估计你是宅男吧，或从事电脑方面工作。情况只会越来越严重，现在锻炼不晚，每天出去跑跑步，家里多做下蹲，坚持1-2个月就出效果了。别靠吃药解决，那时间长就产生依赖性就更严重了。
