个人觉得还是多做运动，身体锻炼好才是根本，我也曾试过伟哥，不过那天喝酒了，效果大打折扣，没有传说中的那么厉害，连做了两次，可能是那时候身体虚，第二天跟散了架一样，从那往后我着重锻炼身体，再也没用过药，现在生龙活虎
