用户名不存在问题求助

账号：sbw121
丢失前已有7级  去年参加了文心雕龙活动。作品名《强奸案真相》。几个月前重置密码时已经显示用户名不存在，但通过邮箱可以成功修改密码，二维码也可以解绑，就是登陆不进去。密码都是复杂密码，应该不存在简单被盗的问题。现在重新购买邀请码创号用以找回，望帮助
